Job Description:
Assist the General Manager in preparing the company's medium and long-term development plan, approve the annual production plan, propose quarterly production goals, major measures and plans, etc; Responsible for ensuring production safety education, strengthening safety production process control, timely supervision and inspection, and ensuring safety production; Supervise the daily production activities of various departments in the factory, hold regular meetings, identify problems, analyze causes, take effective measures, and ensure the normal operation of the production line.
Job requirements:
Under 45 years old. Graduated from majors related to medicine, chemical engineering, etc., with a bachelor's degree or above. More than 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical factory management.
