负责上海研发中心团队建设，制定和落实研发计划。带领团队负责产品优化升级，新项目开发并转化落地。技术咨询和技术指导。

任职条件：

40周岁以下。化学制药、有机化学相关专业毕业，博士学历，优秀者可放宽至硕士。五年以上相关工作经历。

工作地点：上海松江
